HOW BELIEVABLE IS ADVERTISING?

Along with informativeness and efficiency, credibility is one of Yellow Pages' greatest strengths. Again, voluntary media do better than involuntary, and print media do better than broadcast media. Yellow Pages does best of all. Thirty percent rate Yellow Pages high on believability (5 or 6). Only 11% rate Yellow Pages low (0 or 1).
