Newspapers and Yellow Pages are the only two media rated above three on the six-point scale. Overall, there are fewer positive ratings and more negative ratings relative to usefulness. Twenty-eight percent rate Yellow Pages high in usefulness (5 or 6), while 22% rate Yellow Pages low (0 or 1).
